Shipping costs and free shipping

We unfortunately cannot – like Amazon, Bol or Zalando – always cover all shipping costs in full. Then suddenly our socks would have to become quite a bit more expensive! However, we try to keep the cost to everyone minimal. Therefore, in line with the shipping rates we pay, we have set a minimum order amount for all the countries we ship to that entitles you to free shipping. In the price charts below you will find a summary of them.

How soon will you have your wool stuff in the house?

We ship within 1 – 3 business days

When you place an order with us, we’ll make sure you get it to you quickly! That often means next-day shipping, but in any case always within a few business days. We have to drive quite a distance to the post office and with current fuel prices and the environment in mind, we think it’s a better idea to drive once every few days. This is another way to keep prices in check and, on our end, to keep the ecological footprint of our little store minimal. And are you in a real hurry? Feel free to Call or mail us and we always find a solution! And if it really doesn’t work out we say so too!

Delivery at home or at a Pickup Point

You can choose between home delivery or delivery to a pickup point. Just whatever you find easiest! We ship via well-known delivery services such as PostNL, BPost, DHL or DPD and you can always keep an eye on your package via Track & Trace, once we have delivered it to the postal service. The only thing out of our control is how well and how fast the delivery service does its job. In 99% of all cases everything goes smoothly, but delivery remains human work in the end and well…. But if things go wrong there, we’ll be happy to help!

About returns

Of course we hope you are completely satisfied with your ordered items, but of course something can always not fit or be disappointing. We have everything in our terms and conditions as well, but just a few key points for convenience:

Yep, no problem, but keep these points in mind:

  • You can register your return with us within 9 days of purchase.
  • Click the REGISTER RETURN button and fill out online return form so we know THAT and why you want to return something.
  • Send your return to us properly packaged within 14 days of purchase.
  • Labels must not have been removed and the item must be unworn, clean and undamaged.

As soon as we have received your return and have checked that everything is in order, we will immediately issue a “refund” according to the specified terms. The refund goes to the account you used to pay yourself!

You will be refunded the full purchase price, excluding the original shipping and handling charges paid.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

You may have had free shipping because of the total amount of your order, but the total amount of that order ended up falling below the minimum limit for free shipping due to your return or exchange.

  • In that case, we will deduct the shipping costs we paid for your original order from the amount we refund you.
  • When you want to exchange something, you pay the shipping cost for the renewed shipment.

This may all sound a bit harsh, but unfortunately…. We are not Amazon or Bol and, unfortunately, as a small store, we cannot afford to cover shipping costs all the time. We ask your understanding for that.
